Try serving this simple and delicious vinegar at your holiday table to impress all your guests.
 
1 cup red or white wine vinegar
5 peeled garlic cloves
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
5 fresh thyme leaves
3 teaspoons dried hot mustard
 
Serve over arugula and dandelion greens for the real Paris experience.
