Winter Broccoli Salad

Preparation time 15 minutes. Serves 4-6 as side dish.
 
2 Medium broccoli crowns
2 Tangerines
2 Tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
2 Tablespoons finely diced red onion
 
1. Chop the broccoli into small floweret’s and place into a large bowl.
2. Next, peel the tangerine and slice into ½ inch slices. Separate the slices into segments. Place segments in bowl with broccoli.
3. Sprinkle onion and walnuts over the broccoli and tangerine segments.
4. Toss with lemon juice and olive oil.
5. Chill for at least ½ hour before serving.
